AUSTAR is listed on the Australian Stock Exchange (ASX:AUN).  Approximately 46% of AUSTAR shares are owned by public shareholders. The remainder is owned and controlled by Liberty Global,Inc. ("Liberty Global") through a partnership called United Austar Partners.
